Welcome! I offer integrative fitness training and health coaching for both the general public and for cancer survivors. I would be delighted to help you to become stronger, more disciplined, and feel better in your body.

Together, we will work explore your weaknesses and recognize your strengths. Whatever age or state of life you are starting at, we will help you discover what good health really means for you and your body.

We will develop a fitness or a health and wellness plan—or both—based on what you want to accomplish and what your body needs. Then I will help you stick to that plan until it becomes just a normal part of your daily routine. I can offer guidance, friendly accountability, and support along the way.

During Covid all our classes are online. Join us!
